Challenges faced
Les Chantiers de l’Atlantique faced several challenges, including managing tasks assigned to external contractors, ensuring the safety of all personnel and enhanching overall productivity.
Furthermore, a significant backlog of files at the Bureau d’Accueil du Personnel Extérieur (BAPE) resulted from non-compliant applications, causing lengthy delays.

Our efforts also improved the drafting of Prevention Plans, improving the traceability of joint inspections, and optimizing workflow management through electronic signatures. These improvements ensured efficiency and increased productivity across the entire process.
