Challenges faced
Our client, operating in a service-centric industry where efficiency and responsiveness are paramount, faced a significant challenge. Their existing Time & Attendance process, spread across multiple departments, had become a bottleneck, hindering smooth operations and strategic responsiveness. They sought a cutting-edge HR Management System to not only streamline but also elevate this process. The solution had to be seamlessly implemented across all departments, ensuring a unified and consistent HR approach throughout the organization. Additionally, given the nature of their business, any change or transition had to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Paving the way to success
To initiate the project, Amaris Consulting embarked on a comprehensive Business Process Mapping of the diverse activities of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. This mapping helped understand the specific steps, stakeholders and flow required to complete each service.
Our strategy employed two main approaches:
- Brown paper method, a collaborative technique where all involved stakeholders outlined the processes together.
- SAP Signavio BPM software, a digital tool for business process management that enabled us to model, analyze and optimize the processes by delving deeper into the intricacies of the operations.
